First Patch
Orbit is an effect module providing bit crushing, harmonizing, and filtering. It doesn’t do anything on its own, so it needs an external source. It’s a great module if you want to turn a simple sound into something huge, and it also works very well with drum and bass sounds, providing lots of animation thanks to the many CV inputs. Highly recommended when you’re into Techno. I still have to figure out what will happen with more ambient patches, so there will be a part 02. I’ve heard that Orbit pairs really well with the qubit nebulae v2, adding an extra layer of depth and complexity to the sound. I’m excited to experiment with these two together and see what kind of otherworldly textures I can create. Stay tuned for part 02 as I explore the possibilities of combining Orbit with the qubit nebulae v2 in ambient patches.
