I had this sound in my head after playing with my Mutable case, but the real thing felt dull, uncomfortable, and sonically cramped at a first patch. The 23 is nothing like a conventional drum machine and shouldn’t be treated as such. Then it came to life :). Also features the Lyra-8 synthesizer. I started to experiment with different patch configurations and found a way to unleash its true potential. The Pulsar-23’s unique and unconventional design allows for endless sonic possibilities once you unlock its true power. And when paired with the Lyra-8 synthesizer, the combination is unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. In fact, I’ve even started to experiment with different effects, including the eareverb 2 plugin spotlight, to further push the boundaries of what this incredible instrument can do.
