POLAMIX Module a 3-Channel Attenuverter/Mixer for AE Modular
Tangible waves launched a new CV Utility Module.
The POLAMIX is similar to the 2CVTOOL in that you can offset and -/+ attenuate CV signals, but it also acts as a 3 channel mixer. Try to use this with 3 LFOs for modulation mayhem!
The three inputs are routed to corresponding knobs, where the center position means a level of zero. Turning the level knob to the right increases the level of the input signal; turning it to the left, the level is also increased, but inverted. E.G. when feeding a sawtooth signal to the input, you can get either a rising or falling signal at the output. And this for each of the three inputs. Finally, with the offset knob, the total level can be shifted up or down.

AE Modular Bread Board Cable Holders by Flavorwave
As reported earlier AE Modular Bread Board Cable Holders by Flavorwave was planned to be ready for order and shipment in May 2021. The cable management kit it is designed for one row of an AE rack. With the Wings used in the studio, and the tabs for travel. The main reason for the difference is that the wings stick off the rack about two inches and could break during travel, but the tabs would not.
The cable hanger “wings” attach in various ways to your AE Modular rack case via the M5 and M3 screw holes. ( see diagram) The slanted grooves keep your bread board cables in reach, but organized and out of your way. The larger groove can accommodate 3.5mm audio or patch cables or your midi cables.
The “Patch Tabs” and Velcro strap help keep your patches safe when traveling, from accidental unplugs, or curious studio cats. The velcro strap runs the length of the case over the connections, providing enough protection without providing pressure that could damage the connections or cables.

These kits are made by myself at a community workshop. Not a giant factory, please be patient if something is sold out. They are laser-cut acrylic.

This cable management is for my loose AE Modular cables that are sitting beside your racks in a box. Check it out on Flavorwave’s Online Shop. Flavorwave’s first product is a cable management kit for the Tangible Waves AE Modular Synth format. It includes a breadboard cable hanger, and “Patch Tabs” that help hold cable patches in place.
