Sound

Big Fat Analog Drones sounds generated from a big modular synthesizer and classic analog keyboards. Including Korg MS-20, Moog Sub37, and Murom Aelita a vintage Soviet synth built like a tank. The producer used both modern and vintage plus acoustic recordings of electromechanical devices (Moogerfooger Phaser, Aphex Aural Exciter). Those devices enhance cruel, intensity and character. The recorded sounds then processed through outboard gear, including legendary reverbs and tube Distortion (Thermionic Culture Vulture, Lexicon PCM91 and Strymon Big Sky).

This collection of colossal drones, are useful for any time you score to picture, work on a trailer or providing sounds for a trailer. The key value of low ends is that they adding under the base to a score to drive an emotion home. The WAV files are ready for your score, just layer them with your soundscapes and atmos. That the WAV files are perfectly looped helps in using them tremendously.

When using one of the included 80 humongous drones you need to watch the low-frequency of the whole mix and your base management. You want to prevent uneven low noise as your other instruments and loops come with the low-end tone as well. spectrum from the deepest rumble to the crispiest crackle.
