There are so many 808 samples out there. We all need to chill out.
This is precisely why Jacob processed some drums through it at varying intensities and recovery times (ours was modified to pull off such a feat).
You will get a lot of 808 sounds, recorded through my favorite settings on the Gates STA-LEVEL. All .WAV files recorded in tender 24/96.
