Plastic Ghost Piano#2 is a warm, richly sampled, a hybrid piano made by using convolution technology in an unlikely way. Her sounds range from warm, woody, and expressive wonky piano to blissed-out orchestral haze. With the mod wheel, you can open up glitchy looping effects with real-time control!
I am always excited to hear about new instruments. Today installed this particular one and loved how it was made from sounds of noise that were produced by spraying water against the piano sample, then recording over top with another instrument!
The sound quality is stunning as well-the textures change depending on where you spray various parts of your microphone. Stand out phrases or notes will have some extra intensity while other sections are much softer because they’re not being covered up so heavily

The Kontakt Instrument is an otherworldly soundscape that can be used by anyone, from beginner pianists all the way up to professionals. You’ll have no problem seamlessly changing “proper” piano sounds into ecstasy and back again or making your voice sound like another instrument altogether!
The rich timbre of the piano is re-created in White Ghost. Each layer was recorded from a different note on an upright, and then convolved with other recordings mixed together using Time Machine’s signature “stretch” effect that stretches over keyboards range (co to c7). The result adds something entirely new!
The Plastic Piano is a multi-sampled piano patch made on an innovative, cutting-edge Technics WSA1 modeling keyboard. Each individual note was then loaded into a convolution reverb plug-in and blast with varying levels of noise for that extra studio sound effect!
FULL version of Kontakt 5 or Kontakt 6 is needed. Plastic Ghost Piano#2 will load into Player but time out after 10 minutes, so please don’t buy this if you are using the free Kontakt Player.
