INFUNDIBULUM Family

The INFUNDIBULUM family was not designed to genuinely simulate any of the sounds included, some of which have been extensively multi-sampled and others of which have been deliberately stretched across a wider key range than is reasonable.

The loops in the examples are very obvious. Infundibulum’s aim is to embrace and celebrate the artifacts that may result from sample processing.

Any chord can be chosen, and you’ll hear the various notes begin to cycle back on themselves in diverse yet wonderful ways that a gazillion gigabyte hyper-sampled piano, crumhorn, or orchestral calabash can’t replicate.

The last stage is to add in the multi-arp and filter sequencers, which offer three sounds that repeat through varying lengths of cycles at various speeds, along with other effects.

INFUNDIBULUM#2.1 – The Sampled Instruments
