Old Blood Noise Endeavors Sunlight Dynamic Reverb “Sage” Exclusive Pre-Order. This exclusive colorway of the new Sunlight Dynamic Reverb can only be purchased through our site, and is paired perfectly with on-the-site Exclusive Dark Star Reverb “Sage”.
You may know SUNLIGHT DYNAMIC REVERB aka obne sunlight, the OBNE collection of amplifiers and cabinets includes three new reverb algorithms, which are only available in the light series.
Provided image is a rendering. The actual pedal may vary.
The Sunlight dynamically held reverb plays on the relationship between pedal and player, input and output. Sunlight features three new reverb algorithms unique to the Old Blood lineup, each with the added ability to freeze the reverb trails when the player stops playing.
Sunlight Features
- Input knob for dynamic sensitivity and Decay knob for reverb feedback to create enveloping infinite reverb
- Tape, Comb, and Pass modes to apply wobbling vibrato, stacked resonant delays, or random step filtering to the reverb
- Rate and Depth controls specific to each mode
- Expression control over Input, Decay, Rate, and Depth parameters
- Alt footswitch to quickly snap to a particular knob setting
- Soft-touch switching with true relay bypass
- Requires at least 80mA 9VDC center negative power

Black Fountain V3 + Tap Tempo Available
After nearly six years of production, we have expanded upon our flagship pedal, the Black Fountain Oil Can Delay. The Black Fountain captures the sound of vintage oil can delay units, which processed the instrument signal through actual oil in order to create warm, modulated repeats unlike anything else. This previously rare and unwieldy sound is now available in the Black Fountain, which features three modes and ample control over the signal.
Black Fountain V3 features:
- Tap tempo: set your tempo on the fly with two taps of a footswitch, and subdivide that tempo into the quarter, eighth, or triplet notes
- Hidden function: hold the Tap footswitch to momentarily maximize feedback, leading to a nearly sound-on-sound effect
- Expression control: use an expressional pedal to control Time, Feedback, or both simultaneously
- Expanded delay time: all the way down to around 30ms and up to around 1s
- Modern, Organ, and Vintage mode give three different takes on the voice of the delay, and Fluid, Mix, Time, and Feedback knobs give control over the elements

Old Blood Noise Black Fountain W/Tap Tempo Chicago Blue – Pre-Order
Old Blood Noise Black Fountain in Chicago Blue
The Black Fountain reflects back to the days before digital delay, emulating the sounds of the famed and elusive “oil can delay” units. These units emphasized a chorus-like modulation on the repeats of the effect signal as well as a beautiful and warm repeat cycle.
Black Bobbin has partnered with Old Blood Noise Endeavors to launch this exclusive version of the all-time favorite Black Fountain. We have not only dressed it up in Chicago blue but are proud to offer it for the first time ever with a tap tempo function.
- Exclusive Chicago Blue finish
- Tap tempo feature upgrade
- Oil Can delay
- Modern, Organ, and Vintage settings
- Time, Feedback, and Mix controls
- Fluid control for additional warble
- Time division selector
The Modern mode emulates the classic long delay “oil can” units such as the Morley EDL, Tel-Ray Model 10 and Fender Echo-Reverb. The Time and Repeat controls mimic the functions of the vintage units, while the Fluid control introduces modulation based on the characteristic “wobble” of the electrostatic delay platter. The Vintage mode is similar in function to the Modern mode, but has a grittier and gainier feel to the repeats. Both the Modern and Vintage mode have a delay time of 800 milliseconds.
The Organ Tone mode is based on the Tel-Ray Deluxe Organ Tone, Fender Dimension IV and other short-delay “oil can” units. The vintage units had a fixed delay time of approximately 20 milliseconds, which is implemented here, but the Black Fountain goes above and beyond the original units by incorporating variable Rate and Depth controls for the modulation effect. In addition, the Mix control is capable of dialing a 100% wet signal so a vibrato effect may be produced. The Organ Tone mode also features a simple reverb that mimics the single-spring tank in the original Deluxe Organ Tone effect. The Organ Tone mode has a delay time of 211 milliseconds.
The Black Fountain now features an expression out jack and clickless switching. The output level can be tweaked via an internal trimpot for boost, slight drop, or unity gain.
