Sometimes you can find the best sounds in the strangest places! I was curious to see what it would sound like when I put a hydrophone into this little metal pipe that was filled with seawater.
The original sound itself is super cool for creating scary horror sound effects. Back home, I used a simple reverb plug-in and the Ableton Simpler and got this. That’s why field recording is an endless treasure hunt!
