The Hoffman a Piano by lofi Audio
This piano The Hoffman has been sampled by Anders Wall from lofi Audio using Christian Henson’s piano book blueprint. Most of the time Anders sends the piano through a plate reverb, a Stocktronics rx4000.
Sometimes he runs it through different effects to create a more ambient texture.
IR samples and two effects layers you can access with the mod wheel are included.
There’s also a sustain pedal script that bypasses the release samples when the pedal is engaged.
This sampled piano used to belong to the Swedish Broadcast Corporation. Anders bought it back in 2010 when they were relocating studios. Over the years the piano has been used in endless productions, but right before he got it the Malmo Opera house used it for choir practice.
