Silence+Other Sounds have meticulously sampled note by note a number of atypical instruments like mini harps, mandolin of unknown origins. In addition an Apulian zither is known as ‘pasta-cutting guitar,’ a pasta filament extruder from the Southern province of Apulia (Italy), which was traditionally used to extrude dough.
