A Behringer Synth with the huge, deep, warp drive: POLY D

Additionally, all 4 VCOs can be adjusted across an extremely-wide, 6-octave range (LO, 32’, 16’, 8’, 4’ and 2’). This amazing flexibility gives you all the tools you need to be your creative best.
POLY D
The 1970s spawned the first truly portable analog synthesizer. It was quickly adopted by lots of renowned musical artists including Jan Hammer, Chick Corea, Rick Wakeman, Jean-Michel Jarre, Isao Tomita, and Keith Emerson to name a few. An ultra-affordable tribute to that iconic synthesizer. With all the features of the original and then amazing, the Behringer POLY D lets you conjure up virtually any monophonic or polyphonic sound imaginable with incredible finesse and ease. The pure analog signal path is based on authentic VCO, VCF, VCA and ladder filter designs in combination with a dedicated and fully analog triangle/square wave LFO. Having a POLY D is like having your own personal time machine. Enabling you to freely embrace the past – or shape the future!
24 dB Ladder Filter and VCA
The very heart of the Behringer Poly D (Affiliate Link) sound is its highly flexible 24 dB Ladder Filter. It let you smoothly experiment with the Cutoff Frequency, Emphasis and Contour to dial in the perfect sound. POLY D’s Filter Mode switch can be set to either Lo- or Hi-pass for selecting the range of your choice. You can also adjust the Attack, Decay and Sustain controls to affect the cutoff frequency with time.
Three Modes to Choose From
With the Behringer Poly D (Affiliate Link), you can get the best of three worlds by switching between monophonic, polyphonic or unison modes. With the POLY D set to Mono, you can have the characteristics of a classic monophonic synth with fuller. Best for powerful solos, bass lines, and portamentos. Flipping the switch to Poly allows you to play more than one note at the same time to create stunning chord harmonies and luscious pads. Unison Mode thickens up your sound by layering all of the POLY D’s voices on top of each other. Your choice for attaching more harmonic content and creating a more vibrant sound.

Developing the Moog Sound Studio Experience
When Moog introduced its Mother-32 semi-modular analog synthesizer in 2015, the instrument helped introduce a whole new community to the limitless world of modular synthesis. Its family of semi-modular synthesizers has since expanded to become a full-fledged ecosystem of powerful, approachable, and inspiring electronic instruments (Mother-32, DFAM, Grandmother, Matriarch, and Subharmonicon).
The creative potential of these instruments led to opportunities for multi-sensory installations at public events worldwide, inviting visitors to discover synthesis through experiences that encourage them to get lost in their surroundings. Through these activities, Moog’s employee-owners quickly learned that users with any level of experience can feel comfortable and excited about sound exploration with the right tools, guidance, and creative space.
Along with these learnings, Moog’s development of the complete sonic exploration station that is Moog Sound Studio is a direct response to years of feedback from the growing synthesizer community. The all-in-one solution for beginning or continuing a journey in professional-quality sound design includes everything the creator needs for an immersive, self-guided experience from any home or studio.
Moog Sound Studio, a new synthesizer experience from Moog Music, includes all the tools and creative inspiration you need to embark on an immersive sonic adventure. Designed for beginner and seasoned synthesists alike, Moog Sound Studio introduces a uniquely comprehensive approach to exploring modular synthesis.
A Complete Synthesizer Studio Package (Just Add Headphones)
Each user begins their unique Moog Sound Studio journey by selecting an instrument combination that speaks to their musical style or sonic preference: Mother-32 & DFAM or DFAM & Subharmonicon.
Moog’s Mother-32 and DFAM synthesizers are a perfect pairing to anchor any electronic studio. Mother-32 is a versatile performance and production synthesizer with a powerful step sequencer and 64 slots of sequence memory. Its classic Moog voice delivers raw analog sound, deep Moog bass, and soaring synth leads, which complement DFAM’s rich analog rhythms and percussive patterns.
For a more experimental journey with unexpected textures and sounds, choose the magical combination of Subharmonicon and DFAM. Subharmonicon is a rich sonic kaleidoscope of six-tone subharmonic chord shapes and polyrhythmic sequences, while DFAM presents an inspiring approach to drum synthesis and rhythmic pattern creation.
While each instrument is uniquely powerful alone, pairing two together creates an experience that will inspire you to create new sounds, unlock novel behaviors, synchronize patterns, and explore endless sonic possibilities.
Along with the chosen duo of semi-modular analog synthesizers, each Moog Sound Studio includes an audio mixer and power distribution hub, a two-tier rack mount kit, patch cables and a patch cable organizer, guided exercises and patch book, educational materials, games to encourage experimentation, custom artwork designed exclusively for Moog Sound Studio owners, and plenty of creative inspiration.
The perfect foray into Eurorack for those new to modular, as well as a creative tool for experienced synthesists to grow their sound design skills, Moog Sound Studio offers an inviting creative environment and experience for all.

About Karanyi Sounds
Karanyi Sounds is a sample developer company that was founded by award-winning composer, music producer Dani Karanyi in 2018. Over the last 17 years, Dani produced electronic music albums as well as film, animation, video game scores, and TV advertisements. As a pianist, he was always passionate about exploring how to bring life to the digital world of music production and seeking new techniques of sound manipulation. Teamed up with Los Angeles-based composers and other sound designers around Europe, he started to sample his favorite synthesizers and release them as Kontakt instruments with a simple-to-use, intuitive interface. Karanyi Sounds keep developing new inspiring instruments and expanding our repertoire to other sound sources too. Personally, I find the aesthetics mind-blowing outstanding pleasing.
Karanyi Sounds is crafting inspiring, high-quality sample collections in Kontakt format, focusing on film and video game scoring. Their goal is to create sonically rich, detailed and characteristic instruments like (or sometimes unlike than) the original sound sources. The company carefully select these sound sources while they also set up custom analog recording paths and rare combinations of effect chains to create unique, playable instruments. Unconventional recording techniques and sound design are as important parts of the modern music production as melodies and orchestration – so Karanyi Sounds is focusing on moods and characters as well as the sound sources themselves.
