Acustica Audio has announced their latest plugin which is an EQ with the sound of a custom-made vacuum tube passive mastering equalizer. This mastering solution was developed in collaboration with Mirko Reimer of Analog in the Box and Zino Mikorey.
The EQ is based on Zino Mikorey‘s holographic three-dimensional handmade gear. Zino Mikorey is a platinum awarded mastering engineer who has worked with Nils Frahm, Casper, Milky Chance, Alice Phoebe Lou, Decco, TTeo, Wankelmut, Lemur, Marie Bothmer, Al Pride, Sookee, Käptn Peng, Sportfreunde Stiller and T der Bär. He is also continuously creating and producing audiophile Adverts for outstanding brands such as BMW, Vodafone, and Porsche.
The mastering EQ promises to sound more “like a record” and should be used on all kinds of genres, from classical to deep techno. Acustica Audio released a Public Beta Preview.
