Post-Apocalyptic Guitar VST is a sample library dedicated to the rhythmic timbre and textures of post-rock bands. The production of Post-Apocalyptic Guitar was inspired by Mogwai, Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Cul De Sac and others. The library contains two core types of phrase-based patches divided into a Yin and Yang category.
The Yin category is softer, lighter, more airy and heavenly – whereas the Yang category is harder, darker, more distorted and punchy. All the patches are tempo-synced and can be blended in an infinite amount of ways.
Post-Apocalyptic Guitar is an instrument exclusive designed for those Icelandic sounding guitar textures and timbres. 8Dio recorded a wealth of emotional and tempo-synced phrases and created a hyper-flexible user-interface. The UI allows you to manipulate everything from the pitch, 4-Band EQ, Filter Cutoff and Resonation, Dynamics, Attack, Release and a custom Gate Function. Giving you even more control over the tempo-synchronization. 8Dio also created both individual and easy-to-use master patches to get you through a world of sadness and zombies.
