ABOUT “SINGING METAL” and WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT
Observant Sound is a south-Germany based company making recordings and developing samples and tools for music makers. Steel Tongue is the premier library in the Observant Sound “Singing Metal” series. Max Christensen is the founder of Observant Sound. Max enjoys going after the more unusual sounds. The ones that aren’t immediately obvious that they can be musical. And he finds so much beauty in objects of all kinds, especially metal, and Max want to capture the singing tones that various metals produce into various libraries.
Expect that you will probably never get a string orchestra library from me but I’m sure I’m going surprise more than a few people with libraries of instruments they never heard of and sounds from places they never would have thought to look!
