Telharmonium | Adventures with the MakeNoise #Telharmonic

This is part one of a series I want to do about the MakeNoise TelHarmonic, which is inspired on the 1897 Telharmonium from Thaddeus Cahill. It’s funny to see how MakeNoise finds its inspiration in really old technology, and then brings it to the 21st century.

TelHarmonic is a 3 voice synth that uses CV to create chord progressions. The sound is very distinct, so you either love it or hate it. But it’s not designed to stay on its own. It pairs well with an Optomix, but I found out that it pairs even better with Erbe-Verb.
